Domestic Payment Policy
We accept all major credit-card and cash payment via PayPal.
Paypal require us to ship to your registered address. It is usually your billing address unless you have added an additional shipping address registered to your account. All credit-card transactions are handled through paypal and we do not see or record any credit card details during payment transactions. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. We verify your address before shipping. We also accept wire transfers. Once a wire transfer has been received we can ship the item to any address. Please call or email to make arrangements.

Not all locations have shipping available. All domestic orders are sent by way of Special Recorded Delivery for fully insured next day delvery before 1.pm.
Purchases over £1,000 include complimentary overnight shipping with insurance (Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery).

We appreciate that it can be difficult to ascertain a true likeness of an item from an image, so we offer a full refund (less shipping) for up to 30 days of the date of purchase, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us for return instructions. Online store purchases may be returned for a full refund only within 30 days of the original sale, except where shipping is to Trans-Atlantic destinations, in which case we would allow further discretion.

Unless otherwise stated, all gemstones are graded and evaluated in their mountings to the maximum extent that the mounting permits examination. Approximate weights are formulated by taking measurements and applying acceptable formulas; as such they are estimates only. Keen determination of color, clarity and proportions may be prevented by certain types of mountings, small fancy, round, full and single, and baguette cut diamonds (melee) are evaluated according to their approximate weights and average quality grades using Gemological Association of Great Britain (Gem-A) grading scale. Major diamonds are graded with the use of pre-graded permanent master diamonds color comparison stones and the grading nomenclature prescribed by the Gem-A. Colored Gemstones are graded using the Gem-A prescribed colored stones grading system and nomenclature. Major colored stones are described using Gem Dialogue color grading system. Because mountings prohibit full and accurate observation of gem quality and weight, all data pertaining to mounted gems can be considered as approximate unless accompanied by an independent laboratory certificate (AGL, EGL, Gem-A). Unless otherwise stated, all stones and pearls are assumed to be subject to a relatively stable and possibly undetected color or clarity enhancement. Authenticity, antiquity, decorative periods, vintages and or circa dating are determined to the best of our ability based on materials incorporated, methods of manufacture, design, hallmarks & signatures, lapidary techniques, technological developments and consultation of our extensive reference library and materials. Dating and period attributions are not an exact science as decorative periods frequently overlap and borrow influences from one another.
